- More than one person is required as a director and shareholder of the company
- If the company is mostly formulated/ comprised of non- local shareholders/ directors ( foreign) then it must be partly owned by the locals for it to be recognized as a local company.
- There must be three proposed names or more to be searched and cleared with Business Registration and Licencing Agency ( BRELA).
- In order to determine Government registration fees the capital of the company should be stated clearly
